RU’s Returning Citizens Advisory Committee is composed of individuals who have been previously incarcerated, to provide invaluable knowledge, guidance, support and to advocate for the services and programs RU provides to help reduce recidivism. No one understands the challenges Returning Citizens face upon their release more than those who have returned to citizenship themselves.
